How Glow in the Dark PVC Patches Work
Charging Method
Charge the patch with sunlight, strong indoor light or UV light. Stronger light usually provides faster and more effective charging.
Charging Time
Typically, 5–15 minutes of direct strong sunlight or UV light is enough for a quick charge, while 30–60 minutes under indoor LED or fluorescent lighting is recommended for a fuller and longer-lasting glow.
Glow Performance
The patch is brightest immediately after entering darkness and gradually becomes dimmer. It may remain visible for several hours, while high-grade glow materials can provide an afterglow of up to 10 hours or more under suitable conditions.
Day and Night Appearance
Glow PVC usually appears off-white, pale green or pale yellow during the day and produces a green or yellow-green glow in darkness.
