Is No Minimum Really Cost-Effective?
“No minimum” may sound flexible, but it is not always the most cost-effective choice for custom 3D PVC patches.
3D PVC patches require mold making, artwork setup, color preparation, and machine setup, these fixed production costs still exist whether you order 10 pcs or 100 pcs. When the quantity is too small, the setup cost is spread across fewer pieces, which can make the unit price much higher.
