Glow in the dark PVC absorbs light and releases the stored energy gradually in darkness. The glowing areas normally appear off-white, pale yellow or light green during the day and emit a brighter green or blue-green glow in darkness.

- Balanced Glow and Flexibility: We adjust the glow pigment ratio according to the patch size, structure and intended application. This helps balance night visibility with flexibility, tear resistance and long-term durability.
- Consistent Glow Across Bulk Orders: We ensure that the glow pigment is evenly mixed and that the luminous areas remain consistent, minimizing uneven brightness as well as color and glow variations between production batches. The formulation and production parameters approved during sample confirmation are then fully applied to bulk production.

How Glow in the Dark PVC Patches Work
Charging Method
Charge the patch with sunlight, strong indoor light or UV light. Stronger light usually provides faster and more effective charging.
Charging Time
Typically, 5–15 minutes of direct strong sunlight or UV light is enough for a quick charge, while 30–60 minutes under indoor LED or fluorescent lighting is recommended for a fuller and longer-lasting glow.
Glow Performance
The patch is brightest immediately after entering darkness and gradually becomes dimmer. It may remain visible for several hours, while high-grade glow materials can provide an afterglow of up to 10 hours or more under suitable conditions.
Day and Night Appearance
Glow PVC usually appears off-white, pale green or pale yellow during the day and produces a green or yellow-green glow in darkness.

Yes. We provide artwork and a mold mockup for approval before production. A pre-production sample can also be confirmed before bulk production.
The standard lead time is approximately 10–14 days, including artwork approval, mold drawing approval, pre-production sample confirmation and final confirmation before shipment.
Express shipping usually takes approximately 3–5 days. Standard shipping normally takes around 7–10 days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
The price depends on the size, quantity, design complexity, glow area, 2D or 3D structure, backing and packaging. Larger orders usually have a lower unit price.
