We review your logo, text, line thickness, color blocks, shape and 3D layers to make sure the design can be produced clearly and consistently. If your artwork has very small text, thin gaps, complex gradients or too many raised levels, we will suggest practical adjustments before sampling.

Herausforderung:
The client needed a coaster that could show the brand logo clearly, fit beer glasses and remain stable on bar tables. The original artwork had small text and too many fine gaps, which could affect molded clarity.

We adjusted the small text, optimized the logo position around the cup area, matched the brand color with Pantone reference and provided a physical sample before bulk production.

Yes. We can make round, square, logo-shaped, mascot-shaped, bottle-shaped and irregular PVC coasters. For complex shapes, we will review the outline first to make sure the coaster can stay flat, stack well and work properly in real use.
Yes. We provide a digital proof before mold making or production. You can confirm the size, shape, color direction, logo position and design details before moving forward.
Yes. We can make a physical sample before bulk production. This is especially recommended for new molds, strict brand colors, complex designs, 3D effects or retail projects. Bulk production will start after the sample is approved.
Normal production takes about 10–14 days after final artwork or sample approval. Rush orders can usually be completed in 5–7 days depending on design complexity, quantity and production schedule.
The price is mainly affected by size, thickness, shape, color quantity, design complexity, 2D or 3D effect, mold structure, order quantity, packaging and shipping method. If you have multiple designs, each design may need to be quoted separately because the mold and setup requirements are different.
Yes. Pantone color matching is available. Since screen colors, digital files and real PVC material can look different, we recommend confirming colors through a physical sample when brand color approval is important.
Yes. We can support bulk packing, individual poly bags, custom paper cards, coaster sets, retail boxes and gift packaging. This is helpful for promotional product distributors, retail brands, events and branded gift projects.
Yes. We will keep the mold and approved production details for future repeat orders, helping make reorders more efficient and consistent.
